In June 2018, I completed BE. Mechanical. After cleared selection process, I joint Modest Infrastructure pvt ltd (MIPL) at 1st October 2018. I worked as GET production engineer in MIPL as full time-based permanent employee.
At beginner stage, I worked in repairing ship’s projects. My responsibilities are generally supervisory at each and every stage of production and fabrication. In addition, checking and verify quality and reporting to quality engineers and also reviewing process for improving output. I managed all men power and responsible for their safety on site work too. Moreover, I worked in new building stowage Berge where I learned lot of related to drawings, ship building standards, NDT test and whole manufacturing/fabrication with finishing process of ships. I worked in this organization from Oct. 2018 to Sept. 2019.

13. List all of your volunteer/ unpaid internship experience that you have and provide a brief description of your responsibilities for each experience. Provide dates for each of your positions.
I have undergone training from 9th June 2015 to 25th June 2015 at Modest Infrastructure ltd. I got training in five department namely, store, hydra, CNC, production(hull) and design department. I had to take care of all procedure at store department where in Hydra, we checked all safety equipment first and daily maintenance of hydraulic cranes. In production department, I did all records of input and inspection of welding too.
14. Describe the related academic projects you have completed. Describe your role, task, skills developed and result. Provide dates for each project.
I completed four different projects during my academics, two projects in both DME and BE.
(A) TWO STAGE DEBRIS DISPOSAL SYSTEM: –
The term “Two Stage Debris Disposal” includes such items as kitchen waste, polythene, plastics, crockery, paper and organic waste such as plant leaves etc. which are discarded as debris. This can be disposing in two stages and makes bits or pulp of debris into paste. Hence increase decomposition rate. It can supply either in Biogas plant or Canal.
The paper was published in International Journal of Mechanical and Production Engineering (IJMPE), Volume-6, Issue-1, January 2018. I was team leader and we decided to split and allotting some work according to specialities. Design, drawing, modelling and bill of materials were made by me, also as a leader my area of focus to make successful and economic system. During manufacturing and fabrication of project, we all team member worked together. I worked on this project during July 2017 to April 2018. This experience was amazing, I learned how can be our design as unique and efficient. To many skills I obtained from like, cost effectiveness, bill of material, team management, decision making etc.
(B) MARINE OIL REMOVER
Oil spills are formed mainly by occasional accidental episodes of cargo tankers, oilrig drilling, war and natural events. Due to density difference, oil floats on the sea surface which is stacked or collected by roller so, the equipment is works on the adhesive property and density difference. This design engineering project is quite good for me because I got to many skills like, analysis, case studies, designing, solve threats etc. I worked as team member and duration of project was about July 2016 to May 2017.
(C) PEDAL POWER HACKSAW MACHINE: –
The principle of pedal power double hacksaw cutter is to change rotational motion into translator motion with the help of metal connecting road and used for cutting purposes in order to production. This was my diploma final year project so, worked on this project during December 2014 to May 2015, moreover, we manufactured at workshop in college. I was group leader and worked as team for manufacturing this machine. My responsibility was to make bill of material, estimation of projects and designing with presentation. I learned technical skills like, BOM, market surveys, estimation etc.
(D) Portable WEIGHT LIFTER
The weight lifter is designed based on screw jack principle, so it’s used for lifting heavy material up to 3 feet and can be moved very easily. This is my first real life engineering project and I did it well too. This helped me to work on my skills and weakness. Duration of this project is approx. July 2014 to November 2014.
