Different buildings have different function and values depending upon the
weather, geological restriction and construction norms of a country. However, knockdown an old building indiscriminately and without understanding the real worth of them will be over the top. In this essay, I will discuss both the merits and demerits and give my opinion.

On the one hand, Some old building has a higher value. Furthermore, they are the perfect reflection of history and civilization. In addition, every city needs old buildings to maintain a sense of heritage and the importance of that building in a particular area. Furthermore, there is no doubt that old buildings attract folks due to their architecture, distinctive shapes and snugness. However, there is no other different, but to conserve them at any price due to their historical remarkable.

On the other hand, Each and every old building may not be the building to confiture. In addition, these buildings represent the identity and desirability of exceptional merit. However, there are different buildings that are run down situation or clumsy stop up the town growth require overthrow whether they signified to be for the restore the city. For instance, buildings like the civic authority must be knock down those old buildings that constitute a ultimatum to folks who live in them and rambler because of its indigent circumstance poor quality construction.

Ergo, to preserve old buildings have their own merits and demerits. Furthermore, buildings that carry rich value should be preserved or to construct a new building for many purposes like business, modern residents which we can not deny too.
